Bloom Again first release

Hello friends! I'm gasha, the creator of this story. Because it's my first release, I'd like to share with you what this project is all about as best as I can.

After over a year of working of trial and error, lots of rewrites, learning how to pose and do lighting over and over again, I feel ready to officially release my story out there.

Bloom Again is a love story, a story about friendship, about endurance... a story about moving on.

The planned release schedule is one every two months (due to irl, and this being a passion project), but I'll still be doing things for my community on my months off.

  • Subscriber release: $5+ subs will receive new releases on the 1st of that month
  • Public release: around the 14th of each release month

I will still continue to work on the request renders every month, so you may sub if you please.

The cast

I kept it simple: five main girls, one male main character, and some supporting side characters here and there (these won't be romanceable and won't play a major role in the story — at least not currently). Follow the story of Kaede, Senri, Miu, Hina and... one more girl, as they show their struggles in life and how they got to fight for love in their own way.

"What is the point of being loved, if I've managed just fine without any of it this whole time? Do I really need that in my life now?"

Gameplay

While it will have sandbox to a very small extent, my intention isn't to have any sort of grinding mechanics. This will be a kinetic visual novel for the most part. My main inspiration to start writing came from Japanese VNs, so decisions will matter and affection points will be given sparingly for you to take your own path, your own decisions, and get your own ending. The structure itself for the VN (how many chapters, if there will be routes for every girl, a common route, if there will be a True End) aren't set in stone, and I'll continue to work with ideas to make everything work out.

Planned tags

Questions like "will the game have x tag" don't have an answer in most cases.

My goal is being able to tell this story properly, without forcing tags to happen just for the sake of it. If it makes sense at that point in the story, it will happen.
